This water filter is used to prevent sediment from entering the water pump and causing damage. The water filter is installed on the input side of the water pump. The water filter can be used with any of our water pumps or with any water pump that has 1/2″ male pipe threads for its input. An integral O-ring creating a tight seal with a 30 mesh stainless steel screen protects your pump and tank from harmful debris.
