As of August 7, 2007 the shower head has a built-in vacuum breaker. A separate vacuum breaker is no longer needed. If a new shower head is needed, you now have the option of removing the separate vacuum breaker and connecting shower head directly to the hose and hanging the hose on the wall holder.
